11-12 October // ICCO Global Summit 2023

A Data Pro Chief Data Officer Vladimir Petkov participated in a panel discussion at the 2023 International Communications Consultancy Organisation (ICCO) Global Summit in Poland that focused on the right way to use AI in PR as well as how it changes the way we measure success.

The panel discussion, moderated by AMEC Measurement and Evaluation CEO and Global Managing Director Johna Burke, explored AI’s creative competitiveness and the ethical usage of language models. It also highlighted AI’s role as a new equaliser and its potential to shift the balance of power among top performers.

He was joined by AMEC Chair and Impact Research CEO Aseem Sood, Ruepoint COO AND Co-Founder Raina Lazarova, and Client Director Milk & Honey PR Sanjiv Winayak.

Vlado made a notable contribution with his comments on the main considerations when it comes to AI, including knowledge leakage, hallucinations, and upcoming regulations. He emphasised the importance of exploring these technologies across the board, stating that there is no specific role or limitation for those wanting to engage with AI.

26 October // Web Data Extraction Summit 2023

Our Data Automation Account Manager Yavor Arabadzhiev visited Ireland for the Web Data Extraction Summit 2023 that took place in Dublin. Yavor, who has been with A Data Pro for over 13 years, is leading the Data Automation and Entity Extraction department and has extensive experience managing hybrid teams of domain experts and software engineers developing and implementing complex and innovative solutions for some of the biggest players in the industry.

The Web Data Extraction Summit featured some of the brightest minds in data extraction where participants were able to hear real-life data extraction stories.

We were happy to see Nesin Veli take the stage at the Extract Summit 2023 where he talked about Identrics‘ innovative strategies to tackle propaganda and disinformation.

25-27 October // FIBEP World Media Intelligence Congress

A Data Pro Chief Executive Officer Ilia Krastev and Chief Commercial Officer Slavyana Krushovenska joined the FIBEP World Media Intelligence Congress at the Shangri-La Singapore. The main theme of the congress was “Future Proof Your Media Intelligence” where professionals shared insights on how to provide clients with clarity in the midst of the uncertainty the world is currently faced with. Ilia and Slavyana are seasoned professionals in the Media Intelligence field, who have dedicated nearly 23 years and 11 years, respectively, to building quality client relationships at A Data Pro.

A Data Pro CDO Vladimir Petkov was also present at the FIBEP congress where he co-hosted a live podcast together with Alicja Bors of Ruepoint. They were joined by Impact Research and Measurement CEO and AMEC chairman Aseem Sood who shared invaluable insights.

31 October // Creativity4Better Global Annual Conference

Our Marketing Manager, Anna Tsenova was in Bucharest for the 7th edition of the “Creativity4Better” Global Annual Conference organised by the International Advertising Association (IAA). The conference was truly a convergence of innovative minds and persuasive voices, where creative people and top communication experts from around the world engaged in dynamic discussions that will definitely shape the future of advertising and marketing.

Anna is a marketing specialist with over 10 years of experience as a creative leader and strategist. She said: “It was a reminder that creativity has the power to transform how we perceive, experience, and navigate our complex world.” 

During the conference, many complex topics were discussed such as equality and the “state of moral fever”; the impact of creativity in communication as depicted through the “If England gets beaten so will she” domestic violence campaign; the potential of data to provide real value when people need it the most as seen from the results following the collaboration between Mastercard and Maccan during the throes of the COVID-19 pandemic and in support of Ukrainians affected by conflict; the profound significance of Generative AI in today’s increasingly challenging landscape; etc.
