Fasten your seatbelt as we are ready to Jump Up with another introduction story about one of our hard-working and 101% dedicated fellow colleagues behind the success of A Data Pro.
Today in our spotlight, a real people person is shining bright…
Meet Tsveta Asenova
Goal oriented and possessing a unique blend of great people skills mixed with a natural ability to influence her environment … Yes, these are Tsveta’s super powers!
Please tell us a little bit about yourself
My name is Tsveta Asenova. I was born and raised in Sofia, Bulgaria but for the past 10 years, I have lived closer to nature in the small village of Kladnitsa with my husband, our two cats and a dog. I studied in 12th secondary school of foreign languages in Sofia but by the end of high school, I realized that my strengths lie more in the exact science field rather than humanities. This led to a quick shift in my education’s direction so I graduated from Sofia College of Telecommunications and I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications engineering.
My true passion is travelling and experiencing new things.
My favourite place so far is Africa, and I can’t wait to go back and explore more of this amazing and energizing land. I also love hiking, camping, snorkeling, cooking, reading, and an occasional craft beer or two!
What is your ADP Story?
I started as a freelancer at the beginning of 2014 for a temporary project. Upon the project’s completion, I was offered a full-time position, but at that time my husband and I decided to move to Norway. Things didn’t work out well so several months later we came back to Bulgaria and I joined the A Data Pro family. A lot has changed through the years and I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to work on various projects and grow both professionally and personally. From Data Analyst to Senior Analyst and Project manager, I am currently holding the position of Account Manager. I am very lucky since I have been involved in many exciting projects in Data Management, Media Monitoring, and Risk and Compliance services.
What are you most proud of when it comes to your work in ADP?
I am most proud of my team and by team, I mean all of the people in the different projects I was able to work with through the years and that I was able to create a trustworthy environment for them and help them unlock their potential and grow.
What would you advise your younger self?
This is interesting since I am not sure that my younger self would listen to me, haha, but I would probably advise her, listen to your gut and don’t hold back.
We live in a dynamic world. How do you expect the industry you work in to change over the next 12 months? (ex. interesting tendencies, trends, latest developments etc.)
I can only expect more dynamics. Machine learning and AI are becoming more and more part of our work. At the same time, more regulations and demands are setting their way in and when you add the quickly evolving cryptocurrency market and investments to the equation, we can only expect the complexity of our services to increase rapidly so our clients continue to receive high quality and value-added products.
Bonus Q
Which fictional character do you feel you’re most like? What traits do you share with them?
Never really thought about that. What I can share is that I am a big fan of Agatha Christie’s Hercule Poirot and I can only hope that I share with him at least a fraction of his curiosity and genius in using the “little grey cells”.
